Q. Where are you located in Weston?
A. We are on the sea front, facing Marine Lake

Q. Do you have parking?
A. We have a limited amount of parking at the front of the hotel which is available on a first come, first served basis, there are also two long stay car parks located with 5 mins walk for the hotel.

Q. I have a Blue Badge, where can I park?
A. Blue Badge holders can park opposite the hotel on the sea front ‘pay and display’ meters, with a Blue Badge displayed, you can park here free of charge 24 hrs a day.

Q. Is there a bus service to the town centre?
A. Yes, the local bus stop is approx. 50yds from the hotel.

Q. Can I use my bus pass on the local buses?
A. English bus passes are accepted on all buses in Weston.

Q. Can I get a taxi into town?
A. Reception are happy to order taxis, the cost into town is approx. £5.00.

Q. Do you have Wi-fi?
A. We have free wi-fi in the bar area.

Q. Do you have hairdryers?
A. Yes we do.

Q. Do bedrooms have tea & coffee making facilities?
A. All bedrooms have kettles and tea/coffee trays.

Q. Do you have irons in the rooms?
A. We don’t have them in the bedrooms but if you contact Reception we can get one to you.

Q. Do children stay at the hotel?
A. Children are welcome at the hotel.

Q. Do you provide cots?
A. No we don’t provide cots, but you are welcome to bring a travel cot.

Q. Do you have disabled rooms?
A. We do have rooms which offer level access with en-suite showers, so rooms have bathrooms with grab rails.

Q. How do I hire a scooter?
A. Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are available to hire from Dalesway Mobility, 01934 642002.

Q. Is there space for me to bring my mobility scooter?
A.You are welcome to leave scooters, walkers & wheelchairs in reception and recharge them as well.

Q. Is Reception open all the time?
A. Our Reception is manned from 9am-8pm every day. Outside of that time there are bar staff or a night porter always on duty.

Q. Are you part of a chain?
A. No we are an independent family run hotel.

Q. What is your checking in & checking out times?
A. Check in time is from 2.30pm and check out is 10am.

Q. Are toiletries provided in the rooms?
A. We provide shower gel & shampoo in all bathrooms.

Q. Are towels provided in the rooms?
A. Yes, we provide towels.

Q. Can you cater for special diets?
A. With advance notice, we can cater for all diets, eg. Gluten, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan.

Q. Do you accept stag/hen parties?
A. Sorry, we do not take stag and Hen parties

Q. Do you have air conditioning?
A. No we don’t.

Q. Do you have housekeeping every day?
A. Yes, all rooms are serviced every day, unless you request otherwise.

Q. Do you accept dogs?
A. Yes we accept well behaved dogs, at a cost of £20.00 per stay.

Q. Where are they allowed in the hotel?
A. They are allowed to go in the bar as long as they are quiet and well behaved.

Q. Do you have a guest lounge?
A. We don’t have a separate lounge, but there is a quiet area in the bar in the daytime, if you wish to sit and read or play board games & cards.

Q. How do I book?
A. To book, please contact us on 01934 621839 or 01934 621829. We need a deposit of £50.00 per person to confirm a booking which is non-refundable.
